Creating a Box.com Connection
To create a Box Connection:
- Set up Box.com for the type of Connection you want to use.
- Navigate to Custom > Connections.

- Under Select a Connection Type, click Box Connection.

ClickNext or Basic Properties and create a Queue and Process Server for the Connection. All required settings will be configured automatically.

Click Next or Security, then click
to specify which roles can access the Connection.

Click Next or Box.com Properties.

There are two options for specifying credentials.

To use server authentication with JWT, click Box.com JWT Connection or choose it from the Connection Type dropdown list, then upload the JSON file in the Box.com JWT Config File field. To test the Connection, click Test Connection.

To use OAuth 2.0 authentication, first click Box.com OAuth 2.0 Connection or choose it from the Connection Type dropdown list, then enter the Client ID and Client Secret. Finally, copy the OAuth 2.0 Redirect URI and paste it into the appropriate field in the Box.com site. To test the Connection, click Login with Box.

Click Save & Close.
- Navigate to Environment > Process Servers and locate the Box.com Process Server. If it is not in status Running, right-click it and choose Start, then make sure it reaches status Running.
