ServiceNow Connector 1.0.0.4

The ServiceNow Connector is a two-way Connector that lets you:

  • List, create, and update ServiceNow incidents from RunMyJobs.

  • Run ServiceNow scripts from RunMyJobs.

  • Import and run RunMyJobs Process Definitions from ServiceNow.

New Features in 1.0.0.4

  • If you submit one of the following Process Definitions with a blank file attachment Parameter, the Process no longer fails:

    • Redwood_SNOW_CreateIncident

    • Process Definitions based on Redwood_SNOW_CreateIncident_Template
    • Process Definitions based on Redwood_SNOW_UpdateIncidentTemplate
  • This Connector now requires the Connection Management Extension 1.0.0.5 or later.

  • Added support for the Modern UI.
