The Registry

RunMyJobs features a Registry that lets you control a variety of settings. To work with the Registry, navigate to Configure > Admin > Configuration > Registry Entries.

The Registry is displayed in a hierarchical format, allowing you to drill down to more granular settings.

To edit a Registry entry, right-click it and choose Edit from the context menu.

To create a Registry entry, right-click in an empty part of the list of Registry entries and choose one of the following options:

• New > New Registry Entry: This option lets you create a new Registry entry at a particular place in the hierarchy by choosing an option from a Parent Registry Entry dropdown list. You can also accomplish this by right-clicking the parent Registry entry and choosing New Child Registry Entry.

• New > New Registry Entry by path: This option lets you create a new Registry entry by entering the Path of the parent registry entries.

Whichever option you choose, you must specify both the path of the new Registry entry and the associated Value.

Note: If you make changes to a Registry entry, you may need to restart RunMyJobs for those changes to take effect.
