Creating an SAP Analytics Cloud Connection

To create an SAP Analytics Cloud Connection:

  1. Navigate to Custom > Connections.
  2. Click .

  3. Under Select Connection Type, click SAP Analytics Cloud.
  4. Click Next or Basic Properties.

  5. Specify a Name and Partition.

  6. Create a Queue and Process Server for the Connection. All required settings will be configured automatically.

  7. Click Next or Security, then click to specify which roles can access the Connection.

  8. Click Next or SAP Analytics Cloud Properties.

  9. Copy the OAuth 2.0 Redirect URI.

  10. In SAP Analytics Cloud, create a new OAuth Client and paste the redirect URI into the Redirect URI field.

  11. Finish configuring and save the OAuth Client.

  12. In RunMyJobs, enter the URL of the SAP Analytics Cloud environment.

  13. Enter the Auth URL of the OAuth Client you created in SAP Analytics Cloud.

  14. Enter the Auth Token URL of the OAuth Client you created in SAP Analytics Cloud.

  15. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret of the OAuth Client you created in SAP Analytics Cloud.

  16. Click Login with SAP Analytics Cloud to display a login window for SAP Analytics Cloud, then log in.

  17. Click Save & Close.

  18. Navigate to Environment > Process Servers and locate the SAP Analytics Cloud Process Server. If it is not in status Running, right-click it and choose Start, then make sure it reaches status Running.
