About the Help System
Note: When you are using RunMyJobs and need information on the active screen, press F1
to display context-sensitive help.
Typographical Conventions
- Field names in the user interface are displayed in italics.
- Navigation paths are referred to in italics, with steps separated by >. For example, Monitoring > Definitions means, "expand the group Monitoring in the navigation bar and click Definitions."
- Values that can be entered manually are displayed in
monospaced
font. - Lists of values you can choose from are displayed in italics.
- Keyboard keys are displayed in
monospaced
font. - Topics with a
are for cloud environments only.
- Topics with a
are for on-site environments only.
- SAP transaction names are displayed in bold.
Note: A note such as this contains general information.
Warning: A warning such as this is for important information that might cause degraded performance, if not adhered to.
Tip: A tip such as this contains helpful advice or a suggestion.
To access the online help, click ⓘ in the toolbar.
In the user interface, when you want to open the More dialog, you can use the F2
key.
Note: The F1
key does not work in the Shell.
Note: This documentation sometimes refers to "Redwood Server." Redwood Server is the server-based part of RunMyJobs, as opposed to portions of the RunMyJobs software that run inside a customer network (such as Platform Agents). In an SaaS installation, Redwood Server is the portion of the solution that runs in the cloud.
