Common Object Context Menu Items

The context menu that displays when you right-click an Object varies by Object type. However, the options below apply to almost all Objects.

Action	Description
Edit	Lets you edit the Object.
Edit Security	Lets you edit the Object's security settings.
Duplicate	Lets you duplicate the Object. Only Custom Objects can be exported.
Delete	Lets you delete the object. Only Custom Objects can be deleted.
Show permalinks	Show the PermaLinks to this Object.
Export > Export	Lets you export the Object. Only Custom Objects can be exported.
Export > Export with related objects	Lets you export the Object along with all other Objects it references. Only Custom Objects can be exported.
Promote > Promote to system	Lets you promote the Object to another RunMyJobs instance.
Promote > Edit further then promote	Lets you promote the Object to another RunMyJobs instance, but gives you a chance to edit the Export Rule Set for the Object first.
