Fixes in 1.0.0.1

• If you attempt to start a pipeline without the required permissions and get a 401 error, RunMyJobs will attempt to retry authentication only once, and then the Process will fail rather than retrying indefinitely.
• Azure Synapse error responses are now correctly deserialized and written to the Process log.
• If you attempt to list or import more than fifty Azure Synapse pipelines, all of them are now listed or imported, rather than just the first fifty.
