Privileges Required to Use SAP Cloud Integration

To use Cloud Integration Connection, you need one of the following:

  • scheduler-administrator or redwood-administrator role.
  • scheduler-user or redwood-login role in combination with the following system-wide, Partition-wide or object-level privileges.

Built-in Roles

  • The scheduler-administrator or redwood-administrator built-in role provides full control over all Cloud Integration connections.

Creating and Modifying Cloud Integration Connections

You need all of the following privilege ranks to be able to create and modify Cloud Integration connections:

  • View - on Partitions GLOBAL and REDWOOD.
  • View - on Applications GLOBAL.Redwood, REDWOOD.CloudIntegration, and GLOBAL.SAP.
  • View - on the Redwood_SAPCloudIntegration extension point.
  • View - on the Redwood_Connections extension point.
  • View - on the existing Cloud Integration Process Server and Queue, if applicable.
  • Edit - on SCIConnection, EXTConnection, and EXTObjectRefs.
  • Create - on Process Server and Queue if a new Process Server and Queue are required.

Using the Cloud Integration Component

You need all of the following privilege ranks to be able to use an Cloud Integration connection:

  • View - on Partitions GLOBAL and REDWOOD.
  • View - on Application REDWOOD.CloudIntegration.
  • View - on the Redwood_SAPCloudIntegration extension point.
  • View - on the Redwood_JobAndChainDefinitionsConstraint and Redwood_SAPCloudIntegrationConnectionConstraint constraint definitions.
  • View - on Redwood_SAPCloudIntegration library.
  • Submit - on Process Definitions Redwood_SAP_CloudIntegrationMonitor, Redwood_SAP_CloudIntegrationFlowJob, Redwood_SAP_CloudIntegrationDeploy (1.0.0.4 and up only), and Redwood_SAP_CloudIntegrationUndeploy (1.0.0.4 and up only).
  • View - on the Process Server of the Cloud Integration connection.
  • JobAdministrator - on the Queue of the Cloud Integration connection.
  • View - on SCIConnection, EXTConnection, and EXTObjectRefs.

Deleting Cloud Integration Connections

  • View - on Partitions GLOBAL and REDWOOD.
  • View - on Applications REDWOOD.CloudIntegration and REDWOOD.
  • View - on the Redwood_CloudIntegration extension point.
  • View - on the Redwood_Connections extension point.
