Privileges Required to Use the SharePoint Connector 1.0.0.1 and 1.0.0.2
To use version 1.0.0.1 and 1.0.0.2 of the SharePoint Connector, you need one of the following:
scheduler-administrator
orredwood-administrator
role.scheduler-user
orredwood-login
role in combination with the following system-wide, Partition-wide or object-level privileges.
Built-in Roles
- The
scheduler-administrator
orredwood-administrator
built-in role provides full control over SharePoint. - The
scheduler-viewer
built-in role provides read-only access to SharePoint.
Creating, Modifying, and Deleting Sharepoint Connections
You need all of the following privilege ranks to be able to create, modify, and delete SharePoint Connector objects:
- View or any other rank - on the Redwood_Sharepoint extension point.
- View or any other rank - on the Redwood_Connections extension point.
- View or any other rank - on the existing Process Server and Queue for the connection, if applicable.
- Create - on Process Server and Queue, if these need to be created.
- Edit - on AZUConnection.
- Edit - on SPTConnection.
Using Sharepoint
- View or any other rank - on the Redwood_Sharepoint extension point.
- View - on AZUConnection.
- View - on AZUResGroup.
- View - on the component's Process Server.
- JobAdministrator - on the component's Queue.
- View - on the REDWOOD.Redwood_SharePointConnectionConstraint and REDWOOD.Redwood_SharePointDriveConstraint constraint definition.
- View - on REDWOOD.Redwood_SharePoint library.
- Submit - on Process Definitions REDWOOD.Redwood_Sharepoint_Delete_Item, REDWOOD.Redwood_Sharepoint_Download_File, REDWOOD.Redwood_Sharepoint_Move_Item, and REDWOOD.Redwood_Sharepoint_Upload_File.
- View - on the REDWOOD.DataFactory library.
