Privileges Required to Use ChatGPT Connector 1.0.0.0

To use the ChatGPT Connector, you need one of the following:

  • scheduler-administrator or redwood-administrator role.
  • scheduler-user or redwood-login role in combination with the following system-wide, Partition-wide or object-level privileges.

Built-in Roles

  • The scheduler-administrator or redwood-administrator built-in role provides full control over the ChatGPT Connector.
  • The scheduler-viewer built-in role provides read-only access to the ChatGPT Connector.

Creating, Modifying, and Deleting ChatGPT Connections

You need all of the following privilege ranks to be able to create, modify, and delete ChatGPT connections:

  • View or any other rank - on the REDWOOD.ChatGPT Application.
  • View or any other rank - on REDWOOD.Redwood_ChatGPTConnectionConstraint and REDWOOD.Redwood_ChatGPTModelConstraint.
  • View or any other rank - on the REDWOOD.Redwood_ChatGPTConnection extension point.
  • View or any other rank - on the existing Process Server and Queue for the connection, if applicable.
  • View or any other rank - on the Redwood_ChatGPT_Request Process Definition Type.
  • Create - on Process Server and Queue, if these need to be created.
  • Edit - on GPTConnection if you want to be able to manage all ChatGPT connections.

Using the ChatGPT Connector

  • View or any other rank - on the REDWOOD.ChatGPT Application.
  • View or any other rank - on REDWOOD.Redwood_ChatGPTConnectionConstraint and REDWOOD.Redwood_ChatGPTModelConstraint.
  • View or any other rank - on the REDWOOD.Redwood_ChatGPTConnection extension point.
  • View or any other rank - on the existing Process Server and Queue for the connection, if applicable.
  • View or any other rank - on the Redwood_ChatGPT_Request Process Definition Type.
  • View - on GPTConnection, EXTConnection, EXTObjectRefs, and EXTCertificate.
  • View - on the component's Process Server.
  • JobAdministrator - on the component's Queue.
  • View - on REDWOOD.Redwood_ChatGPT library.
  • Submit - on Process Definitions you wish to use.
