Importing Batch Events

You import batch events to be able to select the correct event object when you event history.

The following Process Definition allows you to import batch events:

• SAP_ImportBatchEvents

Prerequisites

• XBP 3.0 must be available in the SAP system

Parameters

• SAP System - The SAP system you want to import the events from
• Drop old selection? - Allows you to delete previously imported events

Procedure

Importing SAP ABAP programs

1. Navigate to Definitions > Processes.
2. Choose Submit from the context menu of the Process Definition SAP_ImportBatchEvents.
3. Select a target SAP system.
4. Choose Submit.

Example

1. Navigate to Definitions > Processes.
2. Choose Submit from the context menu of the Process Definition SAP_ImportBatchEvents.
3. Select the SAP SystemPR1, leave the other parameter at the default value.
4. Choose Submit.
