Advanced Schedule Reference
To create an Advanced Schedule, navigate to Configure > Automate > Calendar tools > Advanced Schedules and click New. The tabs and fields are described below.
Note: This topic covers only tabs, fields, and context menu items that are specific to this type of Object. For tabs common to all Objects, see Common Object Tabs. Tabs and Fields
Tab | Field | Description |

Advanced Schedule | End Date-<time zone> |
An optional date/time at which this Advanced Schedule should stop submitting new Jobs. By default this field is empty, which means there is no end date/time. |
Elements | Description | A short description of the Advanced Schedule element. |
Elements | Defined by > All Openings of Time Window | Lets you specify a Time Window. Every time the Time Window opens, a new Job will be run. |
Elements | Defined by > Interval > Every Number Of | These two fields let you specify a number and a unit. For example, if you enter 5 in the field and choose Days from the dropdown list, the Job will run every five days. |
Elements | Defined by > Interval > Preserve Times | If this is checked, DST changes are ignored for recurrences that run every x hours. For example, if a Job that runs every two hours happens to run at 8:00 AM when DST is in effect, it will run at 7:00 AM when DST is not in effect. For more information, see About Advanced Schedules. |
Elements | Defined by > Interval > During Time Window | A Time Window during which the Advanced Schedule runs Jobs. |
Elements | Defined by > Interval > Start Time and Time Zone | Lets you set the start time (in a particular time zone) for Jobs. |
Elements | Skip when the time window is closed | If this is checked, Jobs should not run when the specified Time Window is closed. |
