Process Definitions: Options Tab
The Options tab of the Process Definition editing pop-up window includes the following controls.

Overview Format |
You can use this field to control how the process displays in the diagram view for chains. The field can contain both free-form text and REL expressions. For example, you could use Note: You cannot change the overview format of built-in Process Definitions. |

Maintenance | Maintenance Process Definitions are low-profile Process Definitions that do not display in the Definitions > Processes screen unless you choose a filter that includes Maintenance (Background) Processes. | Unchecked |
Top Level | If a Process Definition is only designed to be used within Chain Definitions, uncheck this box. This will prevent the Process Definition from being submitted to the Submit Wizard. | Checked |
Critical Process | Check this box to identify the Process Definition as a Critical Process. Not currently used. |

Evaluate as User | The user to be used for evaluating runtime parameter expressions. By default, when runtime parameters are evaluated, a session is created as the owner for evaluation. You can set this to the Process Definition owner, in which case the Process Definition owner (not the process owner) needs permissions to access all objects used by the call. | System Default |
